Word association is a psychoanalytic technique based on the work of Carl Jung. However, I take a more contemporary approach while keeping the traditional free association method intact, by allowing clients to embrace the present moment in the session freely. This technique helps bring clarity to current symptoms, revealing a clear path by understanding your true desires rather than prior formative conditioning.
