Research suggests that meaningful change often begins within roughly 3–5 months, depending on your past experiences, your goals, your level of trauma, and your personal preferences when working with a therapist. Some clients prefer the consistency of meeting with a familiar face to help them navigate life’s challenges for longer durations.

As a licensed therapist, I provide the tools, support, and safe environment to help you navigate these moments and cope with what arises. True progress takes time, and in therapy, the journey matters just as much as the destination. When we slow down and allow the process to unfold, meaningful and lasting change can emerge.

Teletherapy offers a number of advantages that make it an appealing option for many clients. It provides convenience and accessibility by allowing you to attend sessions from the comfort of your own space. Clients have the option of not using their camera during therapy. If you prefer a phone call instead of the Zoom platform, I can arrange that as well.

I will be available to see clients in person in Dallas, TX, starting mid to late November. I will also continue to offer telehealth sessions for residents anywhere in Texas and Florida.

Currently, I use Headway to process all insurance and am unable to accept insurance directly. If you prefer a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement, I can provide one. I strive to keep my private pay rates reasonable so that clients have the option to pay out of pocket if their insurance does not offer coverage.

Clients using insurance are required to provide disclosure to their insurance provider regarding the condition for which they are being treated. Clients are assessed for a diagnosis that is billable to insurance providers, which may include interventions such as hypnotherapy. If you prefer to keep your information completely private, I recommend private pay for any treatment.
